Eidson Oil\Water Separator:

The Eidson Oil\Water Separator features an advanced computer modeled design with superior performance. These separators can be built within both above and below-ground tanks.

Design features include:

  • The influent is gently decelerated and introduced into the tank in a non-turbulent manner, immediately beginning and enhancing the coalescing process. Turbulence is minimized by avoiding obstructions and perpendicular surfaces in the flowpath.

  • Optional patented coalescing systems include decelerating flow technologies and easily extractable coalescing media.

  • Computer modeling is used to properly design Eidson·BMT separators and their coalescing media. Eidson·BMT separators are available in the industry standard 60 micron droplet recovery configuration and optional 20 micron "Extra Clean" recovery

  • A steel tank is used because runoff water can occasionally contain unexpected solvents and chemicals which can attack plastics or FRP systems and weaken their structure. For this reason plastic or fiberglass tanks may be unsuitable for Oil / Water Separator applications.

  • The purpose of the Eidson·BMT Separator is to provide an alternative to older less sophisticated designs currently available. By providing a better product, we hope to serve both our customers and our environment.
    • Aqua Sweep Oil\Water Separator:

    Aquasweep separators may be the most advanced oil\waer separators on the market today. These separators are the culmination of nearly two years of research at the prestidgious Steel Tank Institute.

    These advance separators are adaptable to a wide range of applications and flow rates. They can be housed in a wide array of above and below ground containers.
